What a fun way to bring math alive with a circus theme. These circus kindergarten math worksheets will help kids learn in an engaging way. Math worksheets don’t have to be boring. These colorful math worksheets will add a party to your math lessons or homework. My kids love colorful worksheets over their boring textbooks.
These fun math worksheets include 2 pages of number sense, addition, subtraction, fill in the blanks and puzzles. The puzzles can be cut apart so it’s best to print those out onto a sturdy paper. I know my child hates it when the paper starts to curl.
If you have a child who loves worksheets, as my son does, then they’ll love these circus themed math worksheets. Forget that you are actually doing work as you add up the circus animals and put together number puzzles.
Themed worksheets are a great way to change things up in your homeschool or for your homework so math doesn’t seem so blah. If you child isn’t fond of writing I will often write in their answers for them. At this age, writing can be a chore so I don’t want them to think that math is a horrid subject just because of the writing.
Answers given orally are just as good, and if you know that your child understands the work, I don’t pressure them to write it in unless they want to.
If your child isn’t a fan of worksheets, use counters and math manipulatives instead. It doesn’t have to be all on paper. Change things up and have them write on a chalkboard or white board instead. My kids love writing with everything other than pencil and paper.
Bring the circus theme into your schoolwork with these fun circus math worksheets.
