Add enough so it’s a good balance. I’m not going to give you measurements because that will just slow you down.
The great thing about this recipe is the balance. You have the greek yogurt, which is high in protein and potentially lower in sugar if you follow the reduced sugar option. All Bran has 13 grams of fiber per serving (51% of your daily value). It also has blueberries, which have great antioxidant value. All that in a tasty breakfast will start your kid’s day off right…yours too!
Oh – and you don’t need to use the fancy cups. Just throw it all together in a bowl.
