Free Thanksgiving Gratitude Printables for Kids
These gratitude printable are part of my character building series. The thanksgiving season is the perfect time to focus on thankfulness.
Thankfulness is such an important trait to develop. Having a heart of gratitude helps build contentment. It tackles jealousy, anxiety, selfishness and self-pity. Developing this trait can transform lives.
The memory verse I chose for thankfulness is:
““Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18
I also love Philippians 4:6 because it ties in one of the solutions for anxiety – focusing on thankfulness.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” – Philippians 4:6

What is Character Building?
Character building is intentionally investing in and strengthening the good and useful qualities in a human being. It is intended to develop the integrity and morals that not only benefit the individual but also the society.
I come from a Christian perspective, so the traits we focus on in my character building series are qualities that God has encouraged in His people because He loves us and knows what is best for us.
That said, these resources are for both believers and those who just recognize the beauty of teaching thankfulness or other great character traits to kids.
WHAT IS CHARACTER EDUCATION SERIES?
I have chosen 52 character traits to work on in my character building series, one for each week of the year. You can find the 52 traits here.
Within these 52 traits you will find over 7 lessons. Therefore, you can be intentionally teaching character to children every single day of the year if you choose to utilize what I have available here at Meaningful Mama.
While today’s resource focuses on thankfulness, I have so many lessons and activities available. I hope you will take advantage of what is accessible here.
