Ingredients

  • 9 " Pie Crust unbaked in pie plate
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Broccoli - Lightly Steamed
  • 1/3 cup Diced Red Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Combine cheeses, broccoli and red pepper in pie crust.
  • Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into pie plate over other ingredients.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
