Note: You can use mini marshmallows or marshmallow creme. I love the roasted flavor of the mini marshmallows, but if you don't want to bother with an oven, the creme is the way to go.
Set your oven to broil and broil mini marshmallows on high for up to one minute. Watch carefully! Mine were done in 40 seconds.
Combine all ingredients together using a flat spatula, ice cream scoop or spoon.
Serve immediately for a softer ice cream or place in the freezer for 15 minutes or longer to harden more.
