2Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
6whole English Muffins
1poundJack Cheese
8-16ozSauteed Mushrooms - optionalamount is based on preference
2 1/4cupmilk
4eggs
3/4tspdry mustard
salt and peper to taste
1can cream of mushroom soup
1/3cupmilk
Instructions
Brown sausage and crumble.
Cube the english muffins.
Layer 1/2 of the bread, 1/2 of the sausage, 1/2 of the mushrooms (if used), and 1/2 of the cheese in a 9×13 pan.
Repeat layering.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the layers.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
Heat oven to 325.
Before baking, spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/3 can milk.
