Place all in a blender. Blend until completely combined, about 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Making the crepe batter is as easy as that!
Heat an 8" nonstick pan on medium heat. Put butter or non-stick cooking spray in the pan. I personally like the butter-flavored cooking spray.
Pour a small layer of crepe batter into the pan and swirl around until touching the edges of pan (about 1/8-1/4 cup). Cook for a short time and flip. Finish cooking on that side and remove from pan.
Continue making crepes until the batter is all gone and your tummies are full.
