I think these are a new favorite snack. The great part? They are healthy and your kids will never know it. I found this idea in Family Fun Magazine for August 2012.
Take your favorite yogurt and frozen or fresh berries. Greek yogurt is a great choice because it is high in protein.
Put the yogurt in a plastic bag and cut a hold in the corner. Then, pipe out a little bit of yogurt into bite size pieces. I put it on my silicone mat, but you can put it on wax or parchment paper too. Then, add a berry to the center of each piped yogurt piece. Stick this in the freezer for 30 minutes, and you have a fabulous snacks that kids will devour.
So simple but such a great idea!
Wow, that is a terrific idea. Looks yummy too.

Yummy! We used regular yogurt – I will try the greek yogurt next time to see if they look as nice as yours….thankfully the kids didn’t care – they loved them – will be doing them again – so easy and yummy 🙂 THANKS
