We have been doing a mild update to our front hallway and I want to share with you our cute entry organization idea. We had a main coat rack, but we realized when we had friends over there was no room for their jackets because it was full of our kids’ coats.
Also, it was too high for our kids to reach. We had a little narrow section of the front hallway that leads to the laundry room. It became the perfect place for us to have their own coat hooks. It acts as a mini-mud room type area where kids can put their coats, backpacks and some shoes. I loved the thought of having the kids’ hooks identified by their picture.
I wanted frames that had this style, and I found these at Target. We spray painted them black.
The hooks we found at our local hardware store, Lowe’s.
