Gifts have all been unwrapped. You have the paper laying around. Why not do something with it? Abby has been really into snowflake making this winter. It’s been like “Elf” around here with the snowflake production. I thought it would be fun for her to turn her wrapping paper from the gifts into giant snowflakes too. Isn’t it amazing how often the packaging becomes more interesting than the content itself.
We also learned that if you fold the paper into a triangle and then cut a big enough part off of the tip of the triangle, you end up with a cool wreath.
As anticipated, Abby kept collecting the paper and snipping away to create snowflakes and wreaths.
