This Yummy & Easy Parmesan Chicken Bake has been in my recipe arsenal since I got married, and I am surprised I have not shared it until now. It is a go-to recipe for me because it is easy, and I often have all the ingredients I need at home. The prep for this yummy entree dish is only about 5 minutes, and then you stick it into the oven to bake. As a busy mom trying to manage piano practice, homework, after-school activities and madness, I’m always looking for easy recipes like this. The family loves it too. The prep can be done with the kids, which I love!
When I was first married my mom and aunt made a Mod Podge recipe box as a shower gift. They had everyone coming to my showers bring their favorite recipes. I use that resource often when looking to feed my family, and I’ve brought many of those favorite recipes to you including: Easy Honey Mustard Chicken, Blueberry Muffins with a Crumble Top and my forever favorite Tortellini Pasta Salad recipe. I hope your family enjoys the recipe I bring to you today. I often serve it with pasta or rice. It can sit well on its own if you are wanting a low carb option.
