Mom’s Library and Splash Math Giveaway
I have teamed up with some other wonderful blogging ladies to bring something new to Meaningful Mama. This is my second week of being a librarian at Mom’s Library. Mom’s Library is a weekly giveaway and link party. It is meant to be a great resource for moms, and it is chalked full of ideas to bring inspiration into your parenting. I’m hoping you will utilize everything that Mom’s Library has to offer.
Today’s giveaway I wish I could enter myself. I have been wanting to find a good math program to supplement what is going on in the math program at Abby’s school. I have thought about doing lessons with her after school, but I really think she needs some down time from instruction. Although I always try and make learning fun, Abby seems to need some quiet time away from people to decompress after the excitement of a school day. I think this might be a fun way for her to continue learning while having some “alone” time. While I really try and limit screen time in our house, I really feel like a bit of time doing an education program like Splash Math can contribute to growth. Janine at True Aim Education has done a great review on this program that you can check out on her blog. Good luck in the Giveaway. I’m going to look into this program for me kids now too.

Now onto the Link Party portion of Mom’s Library. Here are the features I have chosen from last week’s Mom’s Library. There were so many great ideas. Thanks for making it tough to choose and linking up with us. Congratulations to all who were featured. I am working on creating a “featured” blog button. In the mean time, you can grab my normal blog button here and add it to your post or on the sidebar of your blog to show where your work was acknowledged.

We are excited to have you join us for our link party this week. It’s fun to see everyone’s ideas and talents. Participation is easy and there are little “rules.” My biggest plea is to ask you to visit the other ideas here. This is a “party.” Socialize. I’m not the link party police, but if you wanted to add my blog button to your post or blog somewhere, I’d really appreciate it. I would also love to connect with you more by having you follow by email (look on my sidebar) or through my Social Media avenues. When you link your ideas up here, they will show up on these other great blogs:
