Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup low fodmap approved gluten free breadcrumbs (homemade or store bought)
  • 1/3 cup lactose free milk
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp garlic olive oil you can make this homemade or buy it already made.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well with hands or spoon.
  2. Shape into 1 1/2" balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
