This easy and inexpensive Mexican dump soup is great for busy nights.

Ingredients Needed to Make this Easy and Inexpensive Tex-Mex Dump Soup
- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning or 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes

- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- crushed tortilla chips
How to Make Easy and Inexpensive Tex-Mex Dump Soup
In a large soup pot, saute 1 pound ground hamburger and the chopped yellow onion until hamburger is browned. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and heat on medium-high heat until heated through.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips. These components add a lot to the soup. Squeezing a fresh lime over top is also fabulous.
