“The Lord does not like lying lips, but He delights in man who is truthful.” – Proverbs 12:22
To understand the importance of honesty, today we explored the Aesop’s Fable, “The Boy Who Cried Wolf.” We have it in a book and read that, but I also thought it would be fun for them to watch the Muppet’s version on YouTube.
There are many other YouTube videos of this story if you want to find one that better suits you.
My kids love to dress up and put on performances, but we haven’t acted out an actual story yet, and I thought they’d really enjoy it. So, we made a wolf and a couple sheep masks. We are taking care of my niece for a few days, so she was able to join in the fun.
