Math is a study that takes attention to details. I have always enjoyed math. I was excited to see Abby really enjoying this activity today. I let her play with a calculator, which was a new experience for her. Then, I gave her some addition problems. I talked about how math takes thoroughness and you need to do things carefully and completely. It was another opportunity to talk about the importance to attention to details when being thorough in our work. She had so much fun that she asked for more problems and asked me to make them more challenging.
