Those look great…I love lemon anything..
My daughter has loved lemon since 18 months. She will suck on the end of the lemon after I’ve used it. She’s going crazy over these.
Yum! I love that there are few ingredients, and they are things I usually have. This recipe will come in handy. Thanks for sharing.
Beth, it was so easy. Also, I was hoping to be able to make them in advance for my shower. I tried them today (two days later), and they even taste better. Thanks for checking it out.
I love anything lemon! I’m going to try these, especially when we need a little sunshine in the middle of winter! Pinning these! I have a link party going on right now…would love if you linked up!

Lemon is my second favorite flavor (after chocolate of course) Love these and will be trying them. I have the mini tart pan and the wooden thingy. Thinking about it, I have all the ingredients…these might be in my very near future!
Pinned!

Did you use tart shells or can you just use a mini muffin tin?
I used mini muffin tins. Let me know how they turn out!
