I have done sensory cooking with my kids before. This is a different game. This is a game I played with my sisters when we were little. We weren’t as nice as I was with my kids. I want them to be able to trust me, so I gave them flavors I know they enjoy. The idea is to prepare a tasting platter ahead of time. Then, blind fold your kids. I give them both food, and on the count of three, they need to yell out what they think I have served them. I gave them strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels, chocolate chips, fondant, Chex, cherry, Cheerios, string cheese, honey, Smarties, Raisins, nuts, and Goldfish.
Oh how I love it when family’s have fun…especially foodie fun. T-riffic idea!!!
Yeah – I really love having fun around food too. There’s just something about it…
Fabulous idea! What fun! 🙂
Thanks. We did have fun.
This game sounds like a lot of fun. Will have to try it with my kids
