Thankfulness
“Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18

My kids love it when I hide things and they need to find them. That inspired today’s game. I know it is past Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t mean we have to stop giving thanks. This can be a great game any time of year. You don’t need to use a turkey. Just use something that reminds us to give thanks. All I did was take the toilet paper roll turkey we made. I would hide it, and they’d come find it. Whoever found it said one thing they were thankful for, and then they would be in charge of hiding it. We really played this game for a long time. I guess we have a lot to be thankful for.
