Respect

Library Day! Kids learn so well through books. It’s a way for them to relate to characters in the story, and they just love to read. I have to admit that I haven’t been a mom to embrace the library as much as I should. We checked out a few books. I’ll present them to you as we read them this book to see how well they relate, but one that we read today is called, “Respect,” by Kimberley Jane Pryor. It’s a part of a values series. It’s lays out the definition and gives really clear examples, and I thought it was the perfect book for just getting the meaning down as well as tangible ways to show respect in all the ways I’ve already discussed.
