Ingredients:
24 Frozen Meatballs
1/2 cup Pasta Sauce
4 slices Provolone
Fresh Basil – chopped
4 Ciabatta Rolls
4 Tbsp Butter
Garlic Salt
Cook the Meatballs to the package directions. For the Costco ones it will be 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165. Heat your pasta sauce on the stove until warm. Spread the butter on top of the ciabatta rolls and then sprinkle with garlic to taste. Set the rolls in the toaster oven or quickly in the oven to brown. Build your sandwich. Lay down some sauce, 6 meatballs, chopped fresh basil and cheese.
I serve it with a Caesar Salad for a quick meal everyone will enjoy.
This is one of my easy recipes. It’s basically the recipe on the back of the Costco Meatballs (with a small adaptation). If you want to be all gourmet, you could make your own meatballs and pasta sauce. Sometimes I like to be gourmet, but I’m learning as a busy mom with three young ones I just need fast, easy and tasty. This one qualifies and is a family favorite, so I wanted to pass it along.
this sandwich looks amazing! I must try this! I always buy the big bag of meatballs at Costco, so this would be so easy and delicious! Thank you!
That’s exactly what I was going for…easy and delicious. Enjoy! Thanks for your comments.
Sounds great! I really love the Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs and I totally need to try them in a sandwich!
yep..my favorite meal when my son casually announces that all those teenage boys playing our backyard are hungry.

Yeah! Thanks so much. We really enjoy it too, and it’s so easy. I lived in the UK for a bit, so you have a special place in my heart. 🙂
